Jonesboro- James Louis Smith, 91, passed away Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at St. Bernards Medical Center. He was born January 25, 1932 at White Hall to the late Woodrow and Lillian Roach Smith. In his younger years, he worked in farming and then as manager of the Harrisburg Water Department. Louis lived most of his life in Harrisburg. Interment will follow under the direction of Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home.
